THE BEGGINING
Higher Up was born to deploy our coaching and leading methodology within sports and non-sports organisations as part of our purpose. Our key driver is developing skills that would strengthen the people’s mindset and enable them to reach an even HIGHER level from where they are now. Both personally and professionally.
FROM SPORTS TO BUSINESS
Understanding that our sports approach to mindset development could also help adults to become high performers and develop their personal skills, we decided to adopt our methodology to businesses. We started by GUIDING LEADERS ON HOW TO BEHAVE AS SPORTS COACHES.
PURPOSE
We believe our approach could be one of the tools to improve the world we live in. Individuals with a STRONG MINDSET are problem solvers. They don’t shy away from challenges and are constantly driven to bring out the best in themselves and those around them.
