Emotional management is a SET OF SKILLS THAT CAN HELP US RECOGNISE, ACCEPT AND CONSTRUCTIVELY USE EMOTIONS . It allows us to perform well when out of our comfort zone. 

As there is no work-life balance regarding emotions, we share tools and techniques to understand and manage your feelings during your professional and private setup.

Participants will LEARN HOW EMOTIONS WORK, WHAT TRIGGERS THEM AND HOW TO CREATE A LINK WITH RATIONAL THINKING BEFORE WE REACT TO THEM.

We cover how to BUILD ATHLETE-LIKE ROUTINES, USE ACTION AND WHOUGHT BASED STRATEGIES TO MANAGE EMOTIONS  and analyse and prepare ourselves to perform our best in stressful situations. 

After the training the participants will HAVE TOOLS AND SKILLS TO PERCEIVE EMOTIONS AS A REGULAR PART OF THEIR LIVES AND USE THEM AS AN ENERGY RESOURCE.  They will also be able to help others with developing their emotional management skills.
